Body
Effective Fall 2010, the following changes will be made to the CE curriculum:
Either EE2950 or ME3333 will be required, instead of both courses
CE3200 will be combined with EVEG3100 into one new course EVEG3200
CE4200 will be a required course instead of an elective.
Students may choose to switch to the new catalog next year to take advantage of the changes in that:
If a student has taken either EE2950 or ME3333, he/she may wait until Fall 2010 to take advantage of the waiver of the other course
If a student has taken CE3200 only, he/she may wait until Fall 2010 to take CE4200 instead of EVEG3100. In such case, CE3200 will transfer as EVEG3200 in the new catalog
